The Gene Doyle Memorial Foundation

Gene DoyleThe Gene Doyle Memorial Foundation was created to honor the memory and adventurous spirit of Robert Eugene "Gene" Doyle, III (1976-1996).

Each year, the foundation awards three Gene Doyle Adventure Scholarships, which help deserving Collier County students to undertake the adventures of their dreams. Click for more information, including 2010 details and deadlines.

Adventure Scholarships are supported by proceeds from the annual Gene Doyle Backcountry Catch and Release Fishing Tournament. The 2010 tournament will be held April 23rd-25th in Collier County, Florida.

The Gene Doyle Memorial Foundation, Inc., is recognized by the IRS as a tax-exempt public charity. Contributions are tax deductible as allowed by law.
