All participants in the Gene Doyle Fishing Tournament enter at their own risk. The Gene Doyle Memorial Foundation, all committee members, officials, and any persons related directly or indirectly to the tournament are not liable for any injuries sustained to any participant, entrant, fisherman, person, captain, vessel, or equipment during the tournament.
