Adult Open: Any angler 16 years of age or older not accompanied by a licensed captain. Adult Guided**: Any angler 16 years of age or older accompanied by a licensed captain. Youth Open: Any angler under 16 years of age not accompanied by a licensed captain. Youth Guided**: Any angler under 16 years of age accompanied by a licensed captain. **Anglers fishing in guided divisions are responsible for locating and scheduling their own guides, and for their own guide fees.
